I am Lorena, a PhD candidate from Brazil with experience working on preclinical and clinical research. During my bachelor and masters, I worked with neurobiology and investigated fear memory processing in mice. For my PhD project I began to work with clinical research, and currently I am investigating ayahuasca and ketamine efficacy to treat PTSD symptoms.
