My name is Janine, a PhD candidate from Luxembourg, with an academic background in Psychology and Neuroscience. I am simultaneously a personal and business coach, thereby aiming to bridge theory and practice to improve mental health. To do so, my research focuses on the effects of stress, sleep deprivation, on cognitive biases, by using the transdiagnostic rDOC approach, and see whether psychedelics such as LSD, Psilocybin and even non-hallucinogenic psychedelics can reverse these effects.
